Service Description
$175 per hour (3 Hr Min.) + $250 Set-up & Delivery Fee (within 30 mile radius of 77356; additional travel fees may apply for service beyond 30 mile range) Perfect for parties of up to 75 guests What's included: - Up to three hours rental of Goldie, our vintage 1975 horse trailer tap bar - Self-pour beverage experience (no need for a tap-tender here!) - Three empty corny-kegs (5 gallon), if needed for beverage service - Batch cocktail or mocktail mixing, and keg filling - All beverage mixes and garnishes for standard cocktails* (an allowance for specialty cocktail mixes and garnishes) - All beverage mixes and garnishes for non-alcoholic beverages* - Ice, standing cooler, and ice scoop* - Plastic cups and white napkins* - Standard garland (shown in pictures) - Professional set up & removal - A phone consultation to curate the perfect drink menu and purchasing list for your event - Guidance on serving volume/quantities - Access to our preferred vendors for beverages and bartending - Golden Taps general liability insurance coverage - Texas State Law requires that the client provides all alcohol * Price reflects serving up to 75 guests, additional fees may apply for increased serving quantities
Cancellation Policy
This contract will terminate automatically upon completion by the vendor (Golden Taps LLC) of the services required by this contract. This contract may be terminated by either party upon 60 days prior to the service date for a full refund of the deposit. If the contract is terminated by the client less than 30 days prior to the service date, the deposit is non-refundable but can be applied toward a future event date. If the contract is terminated by the client less than 14 days prior to the service date, the deposit is subject to forfeit.
